Shipping Destinations
At present we only ship to addresses within the United States. We have plans to expand to international markets, so stay tuned if you are outside the US.
Shipping Times
Our products are made to order and are typically produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, each order is fulfilled by the production partner closest to your location whenever available. Once shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days, though transit times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or local conditions beyond our control.
Although delivery is handled by our shipping partners, we understand that issues can sometimes occur in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 calendar days of shipment, simply let us know within the following 7 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Shipping Rates
We aim to keep shipping rates simple, transparent, and fair. Our rates are carefully set to remain competitive while ensuring your order arrives safely and reliably.
Shipping costs are calculated based on item categories, as outlined in the rates tables below. A separate shipping fee applies to each category included in your order. However, once a category has been charged, any additional items within that same category are shipped free of charge.
This approach allows us to offer better value when you purchase multiple items, while still covering the unique handling and logistics requirements of different product types.
