Because each of our pieces is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes selecting the wrong size, colour variations, or simply deciding the artwork isn’t right for your space.

That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 28 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Order Issues in Transit

If your order appears to be lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll investigate it for you.

Important Notes

  • All items are made to order, so we’re unable to restock returned items
  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings and printing processes
  • We do not require items to be returned for damaged or incorrect orders
